Session 3: HANDS ON (In a beautiful exclusive Kitchen in Zug 3h) 30th of September

- We will prepare one meal for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. All of them are easy to make and customized to your own taste.
- You will get a variety of easy recipes to make at home for the whole family!
Session 4: FOLLOW-UP CALL (1.5h by Zoom)

- Celebrate each milestone achieved along the way.
