My name is Amal Zayed, and I am a certified nutrition and holistic health coach. With a great passion for healthy cooking and extensive knowledge of nutrition, my mission is to help people improve their health by providing guidance on proper nutritional habits to transform their lifestyles.

As a survivor of a brain cyst, I have personally experienced the healing power of food and its ability to serve as medicine. This journey has enabled me to assist others in achieving their goals while acknowledging the challenges of changing lifestyle habits.

I firmly believe that consuming the right foods to nourish the body and brain can have a positive impact on overall performance and emotions in daily life. Through interactive workshops and coaching, my role is to demonstrate how people can achieve these goals and lead healthier lives.

Healthy Nutrition Workshops

Our workshops explore the link between food, health, and lifestyle, focusing on how to maintain a balanced diet and discover tools that you can use every day to enhance your health and happiness. Our workshops include nutritional information, handouts, and live cooking demos.

Main Goals

Provide people with the knowledge and information of the basic principles of nutrition science, appropriate portion sizes, food group classifications, and how to read food packaging labels.

We provide different tools and technics that they can use to change their nutrition habits and make better food choices.

Why it’s so important to increase our intake of fruits and vegetables of different colors to boost our immune system, having more fiber intake, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, that will help to improve our overall health.

Get ready for a fun cooking challenge!

Learn to make your dishes look as good as they taste, just like a professional chef. Cook up something delicious and share it with other teams. It’s a fun way to pick up new cooking tips, bond with friends or coworkers, and see what everyone else is making.

Challenge yourself in the kitchen and improve your cooking and organizational skills. Creativity, teamwork, and enjoyment are key during the cooking and assembling process. At the end of the class, showcase your dishes to other teams and enjoy them with refreshing drinks. We provide over 12 easy-to-customize recipes and a meal prep guide because, at Wonderlivings, we’re dedicated to helping people make small changes that improve overall health. Our interactive, hands-on cooking class lasts 2 to 3 hours and is designed for a minimum of 8 participants. All cooking materials are included.
