Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for WonderLivings Health Coaching and Cooking Classes:

• General Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled class will be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Classes canceled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled class will result in the forfeiture of the full class fee.
• Deposits:
  • All deposits made for health coaching and cooking classes are non-refundable.
  • Deposits are considered a commitment to attend the class and secure your spot.
• Cooking Class Materials:
  • Cooking classes involve the preparation and provision of materials based on the number of registered students.
  • Due to the nature of cooking classes, which involve the purchase and preparation of specific ingredients, these classes are completely non-refundable.
• Exceptional Circumstances:
  • In cases of documented emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, WonderLivings may consider exceptions to the cancellation policy. Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.
• Rescheduling:
  • Participants are allowed to reschedule their class, subject to availability, without incurring any additional charges if the request is made more than 7 days in advance.
• Class Changes by WonderLivings:
  • WonderLivings reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other emergencies. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund or the option to reschedule will be offered.
• No-shows:
  • Participants who do not show up for a scheduled class without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
