Introducing: The Inflammation Reset Program

The Inflammation Reset Program is a 5-week holistic group coaching,  designed to help you reduce your overall inflammation load and build sustainable habits that support:

  • steady energy
  • calmer digestion
  • clearer thinking
  • balanced appetite and cravings
  • long-term wellbeing

This is not a diet.
It’s not a detox.
And it’s not about perfection.

It’s about learning how to nourish your body in a realistic, personalized way, with the right support along the way.

Why five weeks?

Real change doesn’t happen overnight, but with consistent daily choices, it naturally builds over time.

Five weeks are:

  • long enough to start noticing meaningful improvements
  • short enough to stay engaged and consistent week by week
  • supportive enough to turn small changes into sustainable habits

Instead of feeling like you have to “fix everything,” you’ll focus on one clear topic each week, allowing your body and mind to adapt gradually, without overwhelm.

How the Program Works?

  • Duration: 5 weeks
  • Format: Live online group coaching
  • Session length: 60 minutes per week
  • Group size: Maximum 6 participants per cohort

Two Cohorts Available: Please choose one cohort that fits your schedule best,  either the morning or the evening group. Each participant attends one fixed time throughout the five weeks.

  • Cohort A: Morning group – Mondays at 9:00 AM (CET) for 5 weeks
  • Cohort B: Evening group – Mondays at 7:00 PM (CET) for 5 weeks

Each cohort runs separately and is limited to 6 participants to keep the experience personal and supportive.
Once a cohort is full, registration closes. (All sessions are recorded and available to watch later)

What We’ll Cover Over the 5 Weeks:

Week 1 – Understanding Inflammation, Energy & Why You Feel “Stuck”  Understand what inflammation really is and why so many women feel tired, foggy, or low on energy despite eating well. This week brings clarity around how stress, recovery, and daily habits affect your energy  and why your body may feel “stuck.” You’ll start identifying what your body needs, instead of blaming yourself.

Week 2 – The Anti-Inflammatory Plate for Real Life.  Learn how to build balanced, satisfying meals that support energy, digestion, hormones, and weight balance. You’ll discover a simple plate and bowl framework you can repeat and adapt, even on busy days, so eating well feels supportive, not complicated or restrictive.

Week 3 – Protein, Cravings & Muscle Health.  Learn why protein becomes especially important after 40, not just for muscle, but for hormone balance, metabolism, and steady energy. This week focuses on reducing cravings, stabilizing blood sugar, and maintaining muscle in a realistic way that fits your lifestyle.

Week 4 – Digestion, Bloating & Food Clarity.  Understand why bloating and digestive discomfort become more common after 40, and how stress, meal timing, hydration, and daily rhythms play a role. You’ll learn how to notice personal patterns and support digestion without cutting everything out, so you feel more comfortable and confident in your body.

Week 5 – Stress, Movement, Sleep & Your Sustainable Routine. Learn how to choose the right type of movement, support recovery, and improve sleep in a way that works for your body. This final week brings everything together, helping you create a simple, sustainable routine you can maintain long after the program ends.

Amal Zayed is an integrative nutrition and anti-inflammatory health coach who supports women in restoring energy, improving digestion, and reducing inflammation through realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes.

After navigating chronic inflammation and pain following a brain cyst diagnosis and surgery, Amal experienced firsthand how deeply food, stress, and daily habits affect the body. Her approach is rooted in simplicity, personalization, and long-term consistency,  not extremes.
