Does this sound like you?
You are not imagining it. You are not weak. And it may not be “just aging.” There is one silent condition many women don’t know they are living with and it may be connected to many of these symptoms. It is called chronic inflammation.
My story
My name is Amal Zayed. I am a certified integrative nutrition health coach and a brain cyst survivor. Years ago, I was diagnosed with a brain cyst a rare condition affecting only 3 in a million people. I underwent brain surgery and spent years afterwards battling daily headaches, exhaustion, anxiety, mental fog and sleep problems.
I tried countless medications and consulted doctor after doctor. While medical care was essential and saved my life, I still struggled to find lasting relief from my daily symptoms. So I decided to take a complementary approach and pay close attention to how my body responded to food and lifestyle.
“I eliminated sugar and processed foods, added anti-inflammatory whole foods and plants, and rebuilt my daily habits around sleep, movement and stress management. Within several months, my symptoms improved significantly. For the first time in years, I began feeling like myself again.”
Brain Food is the complete guide I desperately wished I had back then. And now I am putting it in your hands.
