LUNCH & LEARN WORKSHOPS (in the Workplace or venue of choice), [Each session is 60-90 min for 8 – 12 participants] A variety of Healthy Meal workshops can be created and tailored according to specific needs.

Option 1: Lunch 2 Go.

Eating a balanced meal during lunchtime can have a significant impact on your overall energy and productivity throughout the day. Discover how the right meal can supercharge your energy levels and enhance mental focus. What you get:

Option 2: Healthy, balanced Smoothies.

Designed for everyone looking for healthy breakfast or snack to boost energy and focus. Need to increase quantity of fruits and veggies in an easy and delicious way to provide the body with all essential vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants.  Simple and quick strategies to use in daily life. Smoothies may reduce inflammation, improve digestion, and lower risk of chronic conditions like heart disease, osteoporosis, obesity, cancer, type 2 diabetes and age-related mental decline among many others. Our Five Star Smoothie Workshop, have been a total success in the summer Season 2022-2023, in a series of workshop that took place in the Freirrum Zug. What you get:
